HOLPOSON® ECORING BO

HOLPOSON® ECORING BO 是八碳含氟整理剂，賦予各种纤维优良的防水防油性、柔软的手感以及耐洗性。适用于棉、涤纶、纤维素纤维及其混纺织物，且具有优良的机械稳定性及连续性能。HOLPOSON® ECORING BO 为高浓体氟系整理剂，经后整理后的织物具有耐久的防水防油性能。且可以适合于如下标准：防水AATCC 22、防油AATCC118等检测标准。

二、使用方法

HOLPOSON® ECORING BO 防水剂通常通过浸轧法加工使用。

推荐配方：标准处方的使用浓度根据对象纤维材料不同, 一般情况下标浓度为:

防水防油整理剂HOLPOSON® ECORING BO：20-50g/L

干燥条件                   100～120℃ ×1～3分钟

焙烘条件                   150～170℃ ×1～3分钟

产品性能

1. 优良的防水性 — HOLPOSON® ECORING BO 赋予棉等纤维素纤维、涤纶、尼龙等合纤及其混纺交织物优良的防水性和防油性。

2. 稳定性 — 加工效果具有优良的耐久性，水洗后自然晾干后能够重新恢复良好的防水性。

室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

使用示例                                                             加工方法/条件：一浸一轧,干燥→焙烘， 170℃X60秒.

试样布：涤纶织物（100%），轧液率50%

    T/C(65/35)未染色布，轧液率55%

        纯棉平纹，轧液率70%

加工配方：防水防油剂HOLPOSON® ECORING BO，30g/L

          防水防油交联剂HOLPOSON®HFM，15g/L

           柔软剂 RD-WPW，10g/L

附注：耐久洗涤时拼用RD-FM末端封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂1.5%

使用注意事项

1.含氟加工剂通常具有加深颜色的效果.请提前确认好加工后的成品颜色.

2.含氟防水加工剂会有对加工布料的各种特性(强度,柔软性,滑移,带电性等),色调,坚牢度带 来影响的情况发生.使用时,事前请做好充分的预备试验.

3.本品可以拼用抗静电剂/柔软剂/渗透剂等其它助剂,请事先充分确认其相容性及对防水防油性的影响.调液时,请先将各种加工助剂至少稀释2-3倍以上后再混合.

4.注意稀释本品时请用40℃以下的水.加工中请将工作液温度控制在40℃以下.

5.工作液的PH值请调节在7以下弱酸性,在强酸性和碱性的条件下会影响防水防油性能.

6.请尽早使用调配好的工作液,避免加工液的再使用.

7.请将布料充分洗净,尽量减少残留的亲水物或离子性物质.

8.由于树脂渣易堆积在辊筒上,因此辊筒干燥不是理想的方法.

保管上的注意事项

1.本产品请在5-35℃的范围内,避免直射阳光,密闭保存.在冷冻和长期高温下的保存,有可能对品质产生不好的影响.

2.将本产品从容器中取出时,请先搅拌均匀.

Water and oil proof finishing agent

HOLPOSON® ECORING BO

HOLPOSON® ECORING BO is an eight-carbon fluorine-containing finishing agent, which imparts excellent water and oil repellency, soft hand feeling and washing resistance to various fibers. It is suitable for cotton, polyester, cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics, and has excellent mechanical stability and continuous performance. HOLPOSON®C8 is a high-concentration fluorine-based finishing agent. After finishing, the fabric has a high level of durability and waterproof and oil-repellent properties. And can be suitable for the following standards: waterproof AATCC 22, oil-proof AATCC118 and other testing standards.

Usage:

HOLPOSON® ECORING BO is usually processed and used by padding.

Recommended formula: The use concentration of the standard formula varies according to the target fiber material. In general, the standard concentration is:

Waterproof and oil-proof finishing agent HOLPOSON® ECORING BO: 20-50g/L

Drying conditions ：100～120℃ ×1～3 minutes

Baking conditions： 150～170℃ ×1～3 minutes

Characteristics:

1. Excellent water resistance — HOLPOSON® C8 gives cotton and other cellulose fibers, polyester, nylon and other synthetic fibers and their blended fabrics excellent water and oil resistance.

2. Stability — The processing effect has excellent durability, and the good waterproofness can be restored after being washed and dried naturally.

Attentions:

1. Fluorinated finishing agent usually has the effect of deepening the color. Please confirm the color of the finished product in advance.

2. Antistatic agent, softener, penetrant and other auxiliaries can be mix-used. Please fully confirm their compatibility and influence on water and oil-resistance in advance. When preparing, please dilute all kinds of finishing agents at least 2-3 times before mixing.

3. Please use water below 40 ℃ when diluting the product, and control the working solution’s temperature below 40 ℃ during processing.

4. Please adjust the pH value of the working solution below 7 (weak acidic). Strong acidic and alkaline conditions will affect the waterproof and oil-proof performance.

5. Please use the prepared working solution as soon as possible to avoid deposition in the solution.

6. Please wash the fabric to be treated thoroughly to minimize the remaining of hydrophilic or ionic substances.

7. Because the resin slag is easy to accumulate on the roller, roller drying is not an ideal method.

Precautions on storage:

1. Please keep this product within the range of 5-35℃, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a closed manner. Storage under freezing and long-term high temperature may have a bad effect on the quality.

2. When taking this product out of the container, please stir it evenly.
