抗菌防螨整理剂

HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite

HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite也叫黑寡妇®，是有机菊酯类高分子抗菌防螨整理剂，适用于几乎所有类型的纤维，如：棉，粘胶，涤纶，尼龙等天然、合成纤维及混纺织物。即可应用在针织物、梭织物、家纺产品、装饰用布等纺织品。本产品可以抑制以下细菌：大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等，有效防止螨虫的生长、繁殖，赋予纺织品抗菌防螨功能

二、使用方法

首先称取抗菌剂HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite，搅拌同时加水，然后稀释到所需要的浓度，按照如下工艺进行生产：

1．浸轧法

HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite 20-40g/L

交联剂HOLPOSON®HFM-2  20g/L

pH值   6左右

轧液率 70-80%

工艺 110℃烘干  然后150℃定型 60-90秒

2. 浸渍法

HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite   1-3%

交联剂HOLPOSON®HFM-2 1-2%

pH值   6左右

工艺 浴比 1:10

处理条件 20℃浸渍处理20-30分钟，脱水（带液率60-100%），烘干。

3. 喷洒法

配成50-60g/L(根据实际情况配置相应要求的浓度)的溶液， 喷洒在需处理的产品表面， 自然晾晒或烘干。

注意事项

1.化料时用冷水或温水（约30-40℃），可保证产品良好的加工稳定性和抗菌效果.

2.但如果使用一部分助剂如纤维消光剂，整理效果会有所下降；或织物的组织结构过于疏松对抗菌检测也有影响。

3.与其它阴离子型等助剂复配使用时，务请通过预备试样确认相容稳定性。

贮 存

HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite 包装：25KG塑料桶，贮存期为 12 个月。                                                               室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite

Black Widow Mite is a kind of organic biguanide macromolecule anti-bacterial and anti-mite finishing agent, which is suitable for almost all kinds of fibers such as cotton, viscose, polyester, nylon and other natural, synthetic fibers and blended fabrics. It can be used in knitwear, woven fabric, home textile products, decorative fabric and other textiles.

This product can inhibit the following bacteria: gram-positive/negative bacteria, mold, yeast, etc. It cuts off the biological nutrition source of mites, effectively restrains the growth and reproduction of mites, thus endowing textiles with anti-bacterial and anti-mite functions.

Physical & chemical properties:

Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid with light yellowness

Ionicity: Cationic

Main content: Biguanide complex

pH value: 7

Solubility: Soluble in water

Usage:

First, weigh and take Black Widow Mite, stir it while adding water, then dilute it to the required concentration, and use it in the production according to the following process:

1. Padding method

Black Widow Mite: 20-40g/L

HOLPOSON®HFM-2: 20g/L

pH: about 6

Liquid retention rate: 70-80%

Process: Dry at 110 ℃, and heat set at 150 ℃ for 60-90 seconds

2. Impregnation method

Black Widow Mite: 1-3%

HOLPOSON®HFM-2: 1-2%

pH: 6

Process: Bath ratio 1:10

Treatment condition: Impregnation at 20 ℃ for 20-30 minutes, dehydration (liquid retention rate at 60-100%) and drying.

3. Spray method

Prepare a solution of 50-60g/L (configure the required concentration according to the actual situation), spray it on the surface of the product to be treated, and dry it naturally or bake it.

Characteristics:

1. The product has high bactericidal ability, and has obvious inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc.

2. It has good compatibility with conventional softeners and is suitable for many processes such as dip rolling, dipping, spraying, etc.

3. The product is non-toxic, non-irritating to the skin, compliant with REACH and OEKO-TEX 100, and free of hazardous substances like formaldehyde, heavy metal ions, etc.

Attentions:

1. Dissolve with cold water or warm water (about 30 ~ 40 ℃) to ensure good processing stability and anti-bacterial effect of the product

2. If some auxiliaries such as fiber matting agent are used, the finishing effect will be compromised; If the structure of the fabric is too loose, the anti-bacterial test result will also be affected.

3. When it is used in combination with other anionic agents, please confirm the compatibility and stability through the prepared samples.
