抗菌防臭整理剂HOLPOSON®CAPTAIN A-C

抗菌防臭整理剂HOLPOSON®CAPTAIN A-C是一种有机胍类高分子抗菌整理剂。适用于如棉、黏胶、涤纶、尼龙等天然、合成及其混纺织物。主要应用在服装、家纺、墙布、地毯、医用防护无纺布等产品.

使用方法

称取抗菌防臭整理剂，搅拌同时加水，然后稀释到所需要的浓度。按照如下工艺进行生产:

1.浸轧法

抗菌防臭整理制: 20-40g/L, pH值: 6左右， 轧液率: 65-75%

工艺: 110℃烘干，然后150℃定型60-90秒

2.浸渍法

抗菌防臭整理剂: 1-3% (owf). pH值: 6左右

工艺:浴比1: 10, 20℃浸渍处理20-30分钟，脱水(带液率60-110%)，烘干

3.喷洒法

配制成50-60g\L (根据实际情况配制相应要求浓度）的溶液，喷洒在需要处理的产品表面，自然晾晒或烘干

特点

1.本产品抑菌防臭能力强，对大肠杆菌金黄色葡萄球菌，白色念珠菌等，均有明显的抑制功效。

2和常规柔软剂具有良好的相容性。适于浸轧、浸渍、喷绘等多种工艺。

3本产品无毒，对皮肤无刺激，符合REACH法规和OEKO-TEX 100不含甲醛和重金属离子等有害物质。

4、化料时用冷水或温水(约30 -40℃) ,可保证产品良好的加工稳定性和抗菌效果.

5、如果与纤维消光剂或者硅油整理剂同浴，整理效果会有所下降:或织物的组织结构过于疏松对抗菌检测也有影响，

6、与其它阴离子型等助剂复配使用时，务必通过预备试样确认相容稳定性。

贮存

HOLPOSON CAPTAIN A-C包装: 25KG塑料桶，贮存期为12个月。

室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

Antibacterial and deodorant finishing agent HOLPOSON®CAPTAIN A-C is an organic guanidine polymer antibacterial finishing agent. Suitable for natural, synthetic and blended fabrics such as cotton, viscose, polyester, nylon, etc. Mainly used in clothing, home textiles, wall coverings, carpets, medical protective non-woven fabrics and other products.

Usage：

First weigh the HOLPOSON®CAPTAIN A-C, add water while stirring, and then dilute to the required concentration. Production is carried out according to the following process:

1. Padding method：

HOLPOSON®CAPTAIN A-C: 20-40g/L, pH value: 6 , rolling rate: 65-75%

Process: drying at 110°C, then setting at 150°C for 60-90 seconds

2. Impregnation method：

HOLPOSON®CAPTAIN A-C: 1-3% (o.w.f). pH: about 6

Process: Bath ratio 1:10, 20-30 minutes of impregnation treatment at 20°C, dehydration (60-110% liquid-carrying rate), drying 

3. Spraying method

Prepared into a solution of 50-60g\L (preparation of the corresponding required concentration according to the actual situation), sprayed on the surface of the product to be treated, and dried or dried naturally

Characteristics:

1. This product has strong antibacterial and deodorant ability, and has obvious inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, etc.

2. It has good compatibility with conventional softeners. It is suitable for various processes such as padding, dipping, and spray painting.

3.This product is non-toxic, non-irritating to the skin, conforms to REACH regulations and OEKO-TEX 100 does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metal ions.

4. Use cold water or warm water (about 30 -40°C) when compounding, which can ensure the good processing stability and antibacterial effect of the product.

5. If it is bathed with fiber matting agent or silicone oil finishing agent, the finishing effect will be reduced: or the structure of the fabric is too loose, which will also affect the antibacterial detection.

6. When compounding with other anionic additives, be sure to confirm compatibility and stability through preliminary samples. 

Storage:

HOLPOSON CAPTAIN A-C packaging: 25KG plastic drum, storage period is 12 months.

Store indoors to avoid high temperature and severe cold.
