 燃气过滤器

燃气过滤器广泛用于冶金、化工、石油、造纸、医药、食品、采矿、电力、城市、家庭等用气领域。燃气过滤器是输送介质管道上不可缺少的一种装置，通常安装在减压阀、泄压阀、定位阀或其它设备的进口端，用来消除介质中的杂质，以保护阀门及设备的正常使用，减少设备维护费用。

Gas filters are widely used in the fields of metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, paper making, medicine, food, mining, electric power, city, family and so on. Gas filter is an indispensable device in medium pipeline. It is usually installed at the inlet of pressure relief valve, pressure relief valve, positioning valve or other equipment to eliminate impurities in the medium, so as to protect the normal use of valves and equipment and reduce equipment maintenance costs.

当流体进入置有滤芯的过滤器后，其杂质被滤芯阻挡，而清洁的滤气则由过滤器出口排出，当需要清洗时，只要把滤筒拆开，将滤芯取出，清洗后重新装入即可，因此，燃气过滤器使用维护极为方便。

When the fluid enters the filter with a filter element, its impurities are blocked by the filter element, while the clean filter gas is discharged from the outlet of the filter. When cleaning is needed, as long as the filter cylinder is dismantled, the filter element is taken out and re-loaded after cleaning. Therefore, the use and maintenance of the gas filter is very convenient.

燃气过滤器安装注意事项

燃气过滤器通常应安装在调压器之前，且必须根据其上标明的气体流动方向安装；
燃气过滤器是由可洗的合成材料组成，安装过滤器要注意盖子能够方便地打开，便于清洁和检查；
燃气过滤器可以安装在水平和垂直的管道上，不要把过滤器安装在不稳固的基础上；
在检修之前，请您务必确认燃气过滤器内没有燃气之后，将过滤网卸下，用肥皂水清洗，然后自然风干，再重新安装。

Gas filters should usually be installed before the regulator, and must be installed according to the direction of gas flow indicated on the regulator.

燃气过滤器是由可洗的合成材料组成，安装过滤器要注意盖子能够方便地打开，便于清洁和检查；

Gas filters are made of washable synthetic materials. When installing filters, attention should be paid to the fact that the cap can be opened conveniently for cleaning and inspection.

在检修之前，请您务必确认燃气过滤器内没有燃气之后，将过滤网卸下，用肥皂水清洗，然后自然风干，再重新安装。

Before repairing, please make sure that there is no gas in the gas filter. After that, remove the filter screen, clean it with soapy water, then air-dry it naturally and reinstall it.

燃气过滤器温馨提示

安装完毕后，必须做密封性检验。
通气时，瞬间气量不宜过大。
燃气过滤器滤芯用微量的洗涤剂加清水清洗洁净即可。
选型需提供的参数：介质、最大使用压力与口径。

燃气过滤器保养和维护

1. 日常维护、保养
   1)经常保持设各表面清洁。
   2)设备停车时，应及时按规定对快开盲板 (法兰盖)的各个转动进行润滑，开闭部位的丝杠，应涂润滑油脂. 其它部位也尽量涂润滑油脂. 对于无法涂润滑油脂的部位，可注 10#或20#机油。
   2. 运行时的维护、保养
   1)建议由操作者负责设备平时的维护保养.
   2)经常保持设备表面清洁。
   3)随时监测差压计读数，当使用压差达到0.O2Mpa时，应冲洗滤芯。
   3. 检验周期
   1)本设备的定期检验必须严格按照“容规”第六章的有关规定进行。
   2)每年至少对本设备进行一次全面检验、设备壁厚的测虽，每两年对设备的承压焊缝进行无损检测。所有的检验、检测结果，应记入设备的技术挡案。
   3)设备内部有压力时. 不得进行任何维修。对于特殊情况下的维修. 必须严格遵守“容规”第 122条的规定进行。
   4. 长期停放时的维修保养
   1)本设备长期停放时. 应将设备内液体排净。
   2)关闭所有阀门。
   3)将设备表面彻底清理干净。
   4)所有转动部位涂防油脂。
   5)用帆布将设各全部盖上，防止尘垢沉积在设备表面

1. Daily maintenance

1)经常保持设各表面清洁。

2) When the equipment stops, the rotation of the fast-opening blind plate (flange cover) should be lubricated in time according to the regulations. The screw in the opening and closing parts should be greased. The other parts should also be greased as far as possible. For the parts that cannot be greased, 10 or 20 oil can be injected.

2)关闭所有阀门。

3)将设备表面彻底清理干净。

4)所有转动部位涂防油脂。
